ABOUT ME

I am a multidisciplinary creative and Fine Art with Contemporary Cultural Studies graduate from the University of Leeds working across visual art, performance, videography, illustration and choreography. I thoroughly enjoy working with other creative artists on set, in projects and teams where I can share my previous project experience whilst expanding and exploring new ideas.
My experience spans from creative project coordination, curation, exhibitions and marketing. I also worked in HR after university where I have developed people management skills and qualifications. I am particularly interested in creative processes behind visual experiences and the collaboration of creatives that bring pieces to life. As well as my fine art background I have studied specifically Thai art, Buddhism and Thai dance for a research project which involved connecting with my Thai heritage, dance and Fine Art background.
As tradition in Thailand most have two names, a nickname (Malako) and their legal name (Katriya) which is why you may see two names for me! Please do contact me with any queries and call me Mal or Malako (which means papaya in Thai) if you're interested in connecting!
